This policy explains what information the Pocket Quilt app ("the app", "we") uses, why, and the choices you have. Questions: xoborcim.games@gmail.com.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for your name, email address or account details, and we don't run servers that collect information about you. Your progress, scores, settings and quilts are stored only on your device.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address, device model and operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with ads.
The app asks for your permission before your advertising identifier can be used for tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads are still shown but aren't personalized using that identifier. You can change this any time in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and other regions that require it, the app shows Google's consent message before personalized ads are used. You can change your choices any time from Settings › Ad privacy options in the app. How Google uses information from apps: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Anonymous usage statistics (TelemetryDeck)
To learn which parts of the game people enjoy and where they get stuck, the app sends anonymous usage events to TelemetryDeck: for example that a game started or ended, its score and length, which mode was played, and whether an ad or purchase was completed. Events carry a random, hashed identifier, not your name, email or advertising identifier, and are not used for tracking or advertising. You can turn this off any time in Settings › Share anonymous stats.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details; the app only learns what you bought so it can deliver and restore it.
Game Center
If you're signed in to Game Center, your scores are sent to Apple's Game Center leaderboards, under Apple's privacy policy.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to its use. Since we don't hold information about you ourselves, the quickest way is through the controls above, Google's My Ad Center, or by contacting us.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows when it last changed.
